Return/Exchange Policy

We hope you love your Beeswax Candles as much as we do. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, please refer to the guidelines below for returns and exchanges.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Candles that have been lit cannot be returned.

Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange.

Process: Please contact us to request a return authorization. You will need to provide your order number and the reason for the return. Upon receiving your return authorization, securely pack the items and include a copy of your original invoice.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns, except in cases of defective or incorrect items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method less the cost of shipping, for product returned in a saleable condition.

Exchanges: For exchanges, we will process your new order once the returned item is received. Shipping fees may apply for the new item.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your Beeswax Candles arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Limited Exclusions: Custom or special order items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
