Claim google reviews, set up

Visit Google My Business.

  • Sign in with your Google account: Use the account associated with your business or create a new one.

  • Enter your business details: Fill in the necessary information such as business name, address, phone number, website, hours of operation, and category.

  • Verify your business: Google will ask you to verify your business by sending a postcard to your business address or via phone/email (depending on your business type).

Once verified, your business profile will be live, and you can start receiving reviews.

2. Generate Your Google Review Link

After your business profile is set up, you can generate a link that customers can use to leave reviews.

  • Search for your business on Google.

  • Click on your business profile that appears on the right-hand side.

  • Find the "Write a Review" button and click it.

  • Copy the URL from the browser address bar. This is the link you’ll send to customers so they can leave reviews directly.

You can also generate a custom review link by visiting the Google My Business dashboard and navigating to the "Get More Reviews" section.
